Quick Tips for First Use

A: No. Your product is 100% brand new. Each unit undergoes a full water-flow test before shipment to ensure it meets the 1500 PSI performance standard. Any residual water is from this quality inspection process.

A: This is usually caused by an air lock inside the pump. Please try:

  1. Disconnect the inlet hose
  2. Pour a small amount of clean water into the inlet
  3. Reconnect and run the machine for 1–3 seconds while holding the trigger
Battery & Power

A: The unit includes two 4.0Ah batteries. Each battery provides approximately 20–30 minutes of runtime (standard mode). Dual batteries allow for extended use.

A: A full charge takes approximately 3–4 hours per battery using the included charger.

Cleaning Performance

A: A brushless motor offers longer lifespan, lower noise, and higher efficiency. Combined with 1500 PSI pressure, it delivers strong cleaning power for cars, patios, and outdoor surfaces.

Maintenance & Support

A:

  • Use concentrated car wash soap
  • Dilute properly
  • Check and clean the nozzle if clogged

A: After use, drain any remaining water and store the unit in a dry indoor environment, especially in cold conditions.
